Some financial experts believe short-term liabilities should be included in the current ratio and others believe it shouldn't. Choose a side and make an argument as to why you chose that side.|||The whole point of the current ratio is to determine an entity's ability to repay short-term liabilities, so of course those need to be included - otherwise the formula is meaningless.
