What management and financial decision can I make as a limited partner?

If I am a limited partner in a hotel, can I make management and Financial decisions or not. If not, why?|||Probably none whatsoever. It would depend on the terms of the partnership but I have plenty of experience in these matters and I do know that limited partners have nothing to say (only the general partners make any and all decisions)|||Usually, those decisions are up to the general partners as they have the most to lose.
