How do I convince a financial analyst to want a position as a financial advisor (sales)?
I just started out as a Human Resource Management Assistant and I must contact potential candidates and convince them to come work for our financial planning company. Please help!!|||Post the job in a job board geared for sales people. Thus they know what they're getting into. With Financial planning it always comes down to sales, so they shouldn't be surprised. You can't be a good financial planner without the ability to get new clients, usually.|||Impossible, the 2 roles are so different, that you should seek people who want to be financial advisors. If I were contacted for a role as financial analyst I would show up to the interview, if I was told or found out later I was a financial advisor I would leave the interview or walk away from the job.
